What is Skate?

Skate is a multi-VM infrastructure project that lets any decentralized application
run seamlessly across multiple blockchains—both EVM and alternative VMs. It also provides native access to VM-specific applications on other chains, so EVM apps can operate directly within SVM or MOVE environments. Skate's core product is the Skate AMM, enabling a multi-VM, single-liquidity-curve across all chains.

Who are eligible for Skate?

Our entire community is eligible for Skate, including Skate Park participants, Range Protocol/SkateFi users, Discord participants, Kaito Yappers, and Kaito Early Yappers.

What is SKATE utility?

The primary utility of $SKATE is to secure the Skate AVS. A portion of protocol revenue—from cross‐chain fees and trading fees on Skate AMM—will be allocated to Skate AVS stakers.

Why Staking Skate?

Staking $SKATE means delegating to our Skate EigenLayer AVS, which secures the network. By doing so, you’ll receive rewards such as $EIGEN and fees in the form of $SKATE token buybacks.

How long to unstake stake?

Unstaking $SKATE requires a 14-day cooldown period enforced by our EigenLayer AVS. There’s no minimum staking period.
